Family Promise of Pickens County -Homeless Families

Family Promise is a sheltering program for children and their families. The program helps families stay together. Each family recieves intense case management and assistance with housing and employment. Volunteers the heart of the Family Promise Program. Volunteers help Family Promise to offer a loving and caring environment where families feel supported and Encouraged. Volunteers assist in the Family Promise Day Center and help with childcare, mentoring, and building confidence and self-respect in our guests. Stay overnight with guest families. Shelter is provided by a network of hosting congregations who work along with Family Promise to provide hospitality, nightly shelter and daily meals in a safe environment.
